About This Course

This course describes the Sustainability competencies needed by Agile Coaches who want to broaden and deepen their skill and awareness. This is NOT a certification program.

Requirements

Most people taking this course will have the CSP -- Certified Scrum Professional Certification.

Cherie Silas

Cherie Silas is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and a Scrum Alliance Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC), who has been coaching, leading, training, and mentoring people for most of her career. She has a strong desire to help people arrive at the place they define as success in both personal and professional life. Her goal is to invest the experience and talents she has gathered through years of learning, often times the hard way, into people whom she hopes will become greater than she can ever dream to be.

Aanu Gopald

Aanu is an Agile Coach passionate in helping organization leaders, individuals, Coaches and Scrum Team on how to transform themselves to work more effectively with more agility. In the last 10 years, she has supported several organizations in their Agile journeys, fostering an Agile way of working by putting in place Lean and Agile concepts and practices. Seeing leaders taking powerful and ambitious actions to achieve the things that are most important to them and their organizations and Agile teams devoted to delivery customer first value faster, cheaper and at the highest quality is her specialty.

Jesse Fewell

Jesse Fewell is an author, coach, and trainer who helps senior leaders from from Boston to Bangalore transform their teams and organizations. As a project management pioneer, he founded the original PMI Agile Community of Practice, co-created the PMI-ACP® agile certification, and co-authored the Agile Practice Guide®. A global entrepreneur and the founder of VirtuallyAgile.com, he has distilled his experiences in the handbook “Can You Hear Me Now: Working with Global, Distributed, Virtual Teams”. A graduate of Johns Hopkins University, he is a double-certified leadership coach and an accredited instructor with four distinct agile certification bodies.

Brandon Raines

Brandon is a Certified Enterprise Coach(CEC) and trained in Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC) practices. He has practiced in roles spanning the Software Development life cycle from developer to quality assurance and project management. Since then, Brandon has brought Agile principles and techniques to many organizations, large and small. In addition, Brandon has employed organization design principles as well as leadership coaching to partner with organizations to grow and succeed. Brandon’s passion is working with motivated people to achieve joy in their work life translating it into massive success.

Lucia Baldelli

Lucia Baldelli is a passionate Certified Team Coach (CTC) and an Enterprise Agile Coach. She has been working with agile teams for about 20 years, mentoring and coaching them. Her vision is to help individuals, teams and organisations achieve their goals and go beyond what they think possible. Her mission is to help people think outside the box and facilitate the discovery of the colourful world inside them in a creative way. Christine Thompson

Christine Thompson is an Agile Coach, a Team Coach and an Individual Coach. She is committed to helping you to become the best version of yourself. Coaching is a journey which only you can drive. Brock Argue

Brock specializes in taking an organizational approach to agility – recognizing that all aspects of the business benefit from the application of Agile values and principles. Drawing from many disciplines, his style of facilitation creates an environment in which high-performing organizations can emerge. Brock has been instrumental in several Agile transformations, from startups to large enterprises, working across industries and geographies. He frequently trains and coaches team members and leaders in Agile software development, process improvement, organizational culture and professional coaching. Brock is passionate about continuous improvement and thrives on witnessing growth in those he works with. Brock has 16 years of experience in the Software Development industry; 6 years as a Developer and 10 years as a ScrumMaster and Agile Coach.

Erkan Kadir

Agile Coach, facilitator, emcee, passionate golfer and one of the first Certified Team Coaches® (CTC) in the world, Erkan has been helping to build great teams and transform organizations since 2012. With an infectiously positive attitude, Erkan is motivated by helping people and organizations reach new heights. Able to partner with people in both technical and non-technical departments throughout the organization, he removes barriers to success. Erkan has deep experience with coaching teams, large group facilitation, Kanban, Scaling Agile, cultural transformation and vision setting.

Johannes Schartau

Johannes Schartau is a Scrum Alliance Certified Team Coach (CTC) from Hamburg, Germany, who helps organizations fight Zombie Scrum and other dangerous interaction patterns. His purpose is to create dedicated spaces for people in which the time spent together is worthwhile and deep connections are formed. He mainly uses integral and systems thinking as well as large group facilitation methods like Liberating Structures.

Michael de la Maza

Michael de la Maza is a Scrum Alliance Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC). As an Agile consultant, his major engagements have been with Paypal, State Street, edX, Carbonite, Unum, and Symantec. Previously, he was VP of Corporate Strategy at Softricity (acquired by Microsoft in 2006) and co-founder of Inquira (acquired by Oracle in 2011). He is the co-editor of Agile Coaching: Wisdom from Practitioners and Best Agile Articles of 2017 and co-author of Why Agile Works: The Values Behind The Results.
